Grey Insights’ aim:
- Reduce hospital admission and facilitate early hospital discharge for patients
- Promoting the recovery care model (care in the comfort of your home)
- Facilitate early discharge from the hospital for patients dependent on medical interventions in order to continue recovery in the community
- Provide support for patients and family in complying with care plan
Model:
Our community MDT comprises of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Art therapist, Occupational Therapist, Registered Nurses & Support Workers and Cognitive Therapists

- Initial assessment to establish suitability for bespoke community support service
- Immediate support available at the comfort of your home or care home
- Bi-weekly Psychiatric review
- Additional support for activities of daily living by our Support Workers
- Daily monitoring of blood biochemistry, vitals, etc as required by Primary Physician
- Weekly family therapy at the comfort of your home
- Twice weekly individual cognitive therapy i.e. CBT/CRT
