A few issues we have identified as affecting employees are underutilizing of employees’ skills; boss- subordinate relationship issues, poor communication flow in teams and overwhelming work due to few hands in teams. The interventions and recommendations Grey Insights has provided include properly utilizing the skills of all employed staff employed by adequately outlining each employee’s job description. Role ambiguity is one of the highest-ranking reasons for many turnover effects of various organizations. Secondly, the concern of boss-subordinate relationships can be addressed through some possible trainings and retraining of managers and supervisors. Supervisors must be trained to address an individual’s performance on a task and not attack on their personality.
