An integrated need-centred policy on mental health and wellbeing could combine findings and common knowledge of individuals to identify needs, a clear strategy in a school, organization or family improvement plan about how to meet those needs, and a training plan to ensure those plans are put into practice.

Grey Insights has developed from our work a system to enhances professionals’ and individual understanding of mental health and introduces approaches that foster positive wellbeing in the community.
